Glad I made the change.

Looking at the ten-day weather forecast, it appears that low 90s and high 80s, with sixties at night, will be the predominant weather pattern until Fall sneaks in during September and lowers the temperature dramatically. As I always mention, Fall is my favorite time of year, and if it was Fall all year long, I would never have a desire to leave Colorado.

But unfortunately, the beautiful Fall weather is quickly followed by too much snow and frigid weather, which is no time to be living in an inexpensive truck camper, which is designed as a one-season camper in the best of times. But despite the truck camper's shortcomings, especially when it comes to insulation, it is still a thousand times better than dragging around 13,000 lbs. of a fifth wheel like I was doing with the Arctic Fox for all those years. Yes, it was a four-season camper and well-insulated, but I think dealing with all its inherent trailer problems (such as tire problems, backing up problems, weight problems, and a dozen other things) would make it difficult for me to deal with as I get older.
