Absolutely horrifying.
My local weather took a sharp turn; for 10 days, highs will be in the 70s and lows will be in the 50s... Sounds like I'll have to put a blanket on the bed.
I really need to conjure up enough ambition to walk around the neighborhood and take a few snapshots of the fast-approaching Fall weather. That's always my favorite time to go for a walk and take some pictures of the red and yellow leaves on the trees. They're just starting to turn now, which means they're already changing in the high country. But it doesn't matter what they're doing in the high country; I don't have a valid driver's license, so I can't do anything about it anyway.
And speaking of no driver's license, I've still got six more days before I can go to the DMV to renew it. And it worries me no end when I realize that I live in a truck camper, with the operative word being "truck," and without a license to drive that truck, I am almost homeless and dependent on the DMV, one of the most maligned government agencies outside of the IRS, to decide my future.... And I find that absolutely horrifying.
