No longer a subject

Well, here it is, the last day of owning a valid New Mexico state Park annual camping pass. Tomorrow morning, I'll pack up my teeny tiny home and head for somewhere, with the only thing for certain is it won't be a New Mexico State Park. But as I’ve said before, I'm glad it's over. This whole New Mexico state Park fee structure change has been a rollercoaster ride for me for over a year, and now it's finally finished, and I can get on with my life with no more concerns about what New Mexico is doing. I'll either visit New Mexico without staying in any state parks, or I'll bypass New Mexico and spend more time in Arizona; I'm now free to do either one.

Just like a month or two ago when I got tired of boring my readers writing about my cataract operations, and how my eyes were doing, I'm now feeling the same way about the New Mexico state Park's, and have no desire to mention them again until I have to head back to Colorado next Spring and how I will deal with traveling through New Mexico at that time.

As for my current plans, I'm going to head for Tombstone, Arizona, when I leave here and spend a week or so at the Tombstone boondocking RV Park. Being in Tombstone always puts me in a good mood, which is kind of strange when you consider the place is named "Tombstone", and the biggest attraction in the town is a cemetery called "Boot Hill". That's a lot of references to dying for one town, but it seems to work.
