I've made a decision and it's final.

Since I keep up with all the news on the Internet, it has become obvious that diesel fuel for my truck is extremely expensive, and with no relief in sight, I'm going to have to take the matter into my own hands.

Understanding economics the way I do, I realize that scarcity and location determine how much a commodity will cost, so if I want more affordable diesel fuel, I need to be somewhere diesel fuel is in extensive supply and not too far away, which may require that I relocate to a different area, but overall it will be worth it to keep my truck filled up so traveling again becomes affordable.

Most problems like this could be solved by going to a cheaper gas station, or even to a state with less fuel tax. But given the international scope of this shortage, I feel it's going to take a solution as extensive as the issue has become.

So, after numerous phone calls and emails, discussing this problem with my friends in the oil business, I feel the only solution to this dilemma is to relocate to where there is an almost endless supply of diesel fuel that can be bought for pennies on the dollar, so as soon as I can get the camper packed up, I'll be heading for Iran, and the Straits of Hormuz where I will be boondocking on the beach and buying diesel fuel straight from the oil tankers that are stuck there..... So adiós, mi amigas, don't wait up, catch you later.

Theboondork..... APRIL FOOLS !!!
