Typical weather today: sunny in the morning, then it clouds up in the afternoon and lightly sprinkles for a few minutes, not even enough to wet the ground. But that's what you get in a place as arid as Colorado.
I had to take back something I bought from Amazon this morning since I decided I didn't need it, and Amazon makes it very easy. In all the years I've been buying things from Amazon, I can only remember returning two items, and they make it very simple and as painless as you can get, considering they even pay for shipping back to Amazon. I also made a quick stop at the hardware store to get a few bits and pieces for my wiring job on the camper.
I think I'm going to head out to Pete's this weekend. Ordinarily I wouldn't even consider going someplace on a weekend, but I think if I time it right I can miss the traffic, and since I already have a place to stay there and don't have to compete with other boondockers I think I can make the weekend work. But don't expect to hear about me trying that in the winter in Arizona; the competition for boondocking spots can be somewhat determined, since I require a bit more empty space around me than most folks.
