Getting in a traveling mood.
It was pretty chilly when I woke up this morning, but it warmed up nicely into the high 70s before the day was done...And it looks like the rest of the week will be about the same. But it doesn't really matter since I don't do anything on Sunday anyway..... if I can help it. In fact, I probably won't do anything next week except relax and get in a traveling mood.
Getting in a traveling mood when it's 75° outside isn't all that easy. It's much easier when it's cloudy and 40°. That makes me want to get out of town and find someplace sunny and warm. But I still have about two weeks to go, and maybe by then the weather will get worse and give me an incentive to leave.
Since I've done everything I need to do and have no appointments to keep me here much longer, I will probably leave on November 2, the Monday after Halloween. I could leave on Sunday, November 1st. But as I mentioned before, I don't like traveling on a weekend, since it's harder and more expensive to get help if I break down.
