Greetings Earthlings.

I was aimlessly wandering through internet land yesterday, since I have absolutely nothing to do on a Saturday afternoon, and found an interesting bit of information about my Social Security number, which said that the first three numbers of your Social Security number are where you were born, and I found that interesting, so I dug a little deeper and found that even though I was born in Kansas, the Social Security number was for Florida.

Well, since my birth certificate shows I was born in Kansas, there were only a few options for why this could be possible.

Option number one.... I'm an alien from a different part of the galaxy, and I was sent here on a mission to discover why people of Earth prefer RV parks to boondocking, I myself prefer to "pull over and sleep on any barren rock floating through space." But I understand that some earthlings prefer the crowds, barking dogs, loud televisions, and even louder rap music…. And that's another thing I'm supposed to study while on Earth: rap music.

Option number two.... I was switched at birth with someone from Florida, and the real me is living in San Francisco, and every election, votes for Bernie Sanders. I'm highly doubtful this explains the screwed-up Birth Certificate, because that would mean I'm not actually Theboondork, and this blog doesn't even exist.

Option number 3.... I didn't spend enough time reading about how and when you get a Social Security number. Or I would have found out back then that you don't get a Social Security number until you need one, like when you get a job. If I had, I would have realized I got my first paying job in high school while living in Miami, Florida, working as an equine sanitation engineer, and then everything would have made sense.

Sunset in Wickenburg, Arizona. Some people believe that I'm an ancient, decrepit loner who lives like a hermit. And stays as far away from people as possible…. And that's true. But as this picture clearly shows, sometimes I have to live near my boondocking neighbors.
