Since I'm actually starting to believe All of this claptrap about the Horrors of the Super Duper El Nino I'm facing this Winter, more and more of my attention is focused on staying warm, to the Point: I bought something that I never even considered buying when I was living, working, and hunting in the sub-zero Temperatures Of the Colorado Mountains.
There are several reasons why buying this thing never even occurred to me, but it's mostly because back then I was young enough that cold was more of a challenge than a handicap, and not wanting to dress like a flatlander from Miami, Florida, I dressed the way other Coloradans were dressed, which was a pair of jeans, a Pendleton wool shirt, and a down vest. That's the way everyone dressed unless it was a blizzard, and then they put on a coat.
Well, those days are over for me, between turning a geezerly 80 and taking blood thinners, which keeps me cold most of the time, and no longer caring What The natives are wearing, I have to do everything possible to stay warm and since Arizona might not be the warmest place on Earth this winter, I'm having to take extra precautions just to be able to survive my boondocking ways.
So what could help me survive a cold, wet Arizona winter? And keep in mind that even during normal Arizona winters, running around outside taking pictures of sunrises is usually pretty chilly on the best of mornings....I could tell everyone now, but I really have nothing to write about, and I need to stretch this into one more blog post tomorrow.

I think all of the remaining flowers are somewhat damaged.
