No time for Tombstone pictures.
I woke up this morning in the Walmart parking lot in Deming, New Mexico, and it was cold…… How cold, you ask? It was 28°, and I had to get out in it because I wanted to leave early.
Skipping over the boring parts, I got to Benson, Arizona, about 9:30 this morning, Benson being the jumping off point to get to Tombstone, and having the only Walmart in the area. I went to Walmart looking for a calendar, and there again I couldn't find anything but a few desk calendars, nothing to hang on the wall as I needed.
After that, it was a 20-minute drive to Tombstone, where I pulled into the boondocking RV Park, a block from downtown, along with three other RVs, and made myself at home. I don't know how long I'll be here, maybe as long as a week. And since I'm in the area now of Whitewater Draw, I need to drive 30 miles to the Draw, and spend a few days boondocking, and taking pictures of the Sandhill cranes.
I haven't been downtown yet since I just got here, but I would assume the business owners are busy decorating the town for Christmas. Businesses like to decorate everything early because the festive decorations stimulate people's desire to spend money on useless things that most people don't want, but every Christmas, they get them anyway.
Tombstone is a tiny town, and I've taken so many pictures of it over the years that it’s hard to find something interesting that I haven't already taken a picture of. So walking around Tombstone looking for something to take a picture of is going to require a lot of imagination, and imagination, much like my memory and my hearing, is in very short supply.

Sunset at my boondocking spot. At the City of Rocks.
No pictures of Tombstone today, I just didn't have time. But there should be some tomorrow.
My teeny-tiny home is hiding behind the boulders.
