Possible bad news about Arizona

Heard several Jets fly by today, heading for the bombing range, but they were always too high to be seen. So it looks like getting some pictures of the fighters won’t work out.

I think I will go into town tomorrow. I need some water and maybe a top-up of diesel. And speaking of diesel fuel, I heard online that a couple of oil refineries in California are going to close and relocate their operations to another state, like Texas. And this will drive gas and diesel prices even higher in California, which already has some of the highest prices in America. That wasn't interesting news to me, since I stopped going to California many, many years ago and have no intention of ever going back. But then I heard that two states get most of their gasoline from California: Nevada and ARIZONA ! ! !

What a shame it would be if one of the few remaining states I can go to ended up with unaffordable diesel fuel, so I couldn't afford to run around there anymore.

The old rodeo grounds are the perfect place for me to boondock. It's far enough away from town so nobody disturbs me, and yet it’s only three miles into town to get groceries and other necessities.

There are mountains all around, which is one of the reasons they turned this place into a bombing range. There's nothing around here other than downtown, which would bother anybody if it blew up.

One of my five neighbors. Back in the day, there were a lot more people than this staying at the old rodeo grounds, but I think all the problems associated with opening up the borders, thank you, Democrats, for that genius move. Scared a lot of folks away because of the drug smuggling, overflowing hospitals, and the crime near the border.
