I have nothing to write about. ~ 6 comments.
This is one of those days when I have absolutely nothing to write about. I have days like this every now and then when my mind is blank, and I can't think of a single word to write in a blog post, so the smartest thing to do is just skip it and hope I think of something to say tomorrow.
But even that's going to be difficult; I finished my second battery bank project, the weather is perfectly normal, and I have no plans for doing anything until maybe the middle of September. So it looks like writing a blog post every day will be a challenge. I could just make up stories about my life that weren't true, but I don't do that. I don't like reading fiction, so I definitely don't like writing it, which leaves me with precious little to write about in my blog.
It's actually harder than you might think to write something for my blog every day, since I don't live the kind of life that does anything interesting to read about, and the only thing about my life that's even mildly interesting is I live in an RV, but there's nothing about that lifestyle that gives me something to write about every day. I go grocery shopping just like you do; I have doctor's appointments just like everyone else. The only difference is I have RV repairs instead of house repairs, and I move twice a year.
I reckon I could travel more; that would give me more to write about and a lot more to photograph, and I do love taking pictures. But unfortunately, my financial situation, my elderly truck, and my geezerly body keep my traveling to a minimum.
So it appears that I’m stuck in a situation where I want to write something every day, but I have nothing to write about. Maybe I need to shake the box a little and do something different; instead of heading south for the winter, I'll head north and spend my winter in Montana. I'll bet that would give me something to write about when the temperature gets 20 below zero, and the snow is deeper than my truck's Windows... Yeah, I'll have plenty to write about then.
