Doing odds and ends
I only did a few odds and ends on the Arctic Fox today, which is a good sign that I'm running out of complicated, important tasks to complete before it's ready to sell. I installed the two new 5-gallon propane tanks in the Fox, and since the two propane lines connecting the tanks to the regulator were getting old, I replaced them with two new lines. The folding camper step covers were looking ratty and worn out, so I replaced them with three brand-new step covers. It's a small thing, but it makes walking up the steps into the camper feel better. I also installed a new combination smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector that has a 10-year battery life, so at least the new owners won't have to worry about dead batteries in their smoke detector for a long, long time.
Other than that, there wasn't much going on in my life. I have a few projects I would like to undertake on the Lance camper this summer, but my one-track mind doesn't allow me to think about anything except getting the Arctic Fox ready for sale. And not only do I have a one-track mind, but it's a very short track, so I run out of track quickly, and have to get things done before the track ends, and I go sailing over a cliff.

More flower pictures.
When I saw this scene from a distance, I thought a hummingbird was hovering over the flowers….But I was wrong, and not for the first time.
